Wet Gas Boosting System

Asgard's Multiphase Transfer/Pumping System, based on the rubber-lined twin-screw pump boosting and transfer technology, uses a rubber-lined screw process. This design offers advantages such as high elasticity, good toughness, high ductility, strong extrusion capability, impurity tolerance, and excellent self-priming performance. It can effectively handle untreated multiphase fluids from wellheads and boost and transfer high gas-liquid ratio (up to 100%) conditions. The pump's outlet pressure is high, with liquid transfer reaching up to 8 MPa and gas transfer reaching up to 3 MPa.

The rubber-lined twin-screw multiphase pump is a multiphase boosting device that integrates the functions of both a compressor and a fluid pump. Its primary function is to efficiently transport gas, liquid (oil and water), and even solid particle mixtures. It can handle fluids with any gas content from 0% to 100%, ensuring effective boosting and transfer performance. With an outlet pressure of up to 8 MPa, it is well-suited for harsh operating conditions in both onshore and offshore oil and gas extraction.
